The corporate HSSE Department leads the development of guidelines and sets minimum standards applicable to all subsidiaries. We establish clear performance objectives and monitor our progress to ensure ongoing improvements.

A key component of our strategy involves creating detailed HSSE manuals tailored to each operational unit, serving as the basis for developing localized management systems at each site.

To promote learning from incidents, we maintain a global incident database. This system allows us to record and analyze all accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and behaviors. When necessary, HSSE alerts are issued, shared with relevant sites, and discussed with our workforce.
